This is a formulation combining Shosaikoto and Goreisan. It is effective for those whose gastrointestinal condition is poor due to mental stress or fatigue, and who are experiencing issues with fluid metabolism in the body. It is effective for conditions such as diarrhea, nausea, and swelling caused by gastrointestinal disorders, and is intended for use when symptoms include thirst and low urine output.

【Indications】

The following symptoms associated with nausea, loss of appetite, thirst, and low urine output:
Watery diarrhea, acute gastroenteritis, heat exhaustion, and swelling

【Dosage and Administration】

Take before or between meals. "Between meals" means 2–3 hours after a meal.

• Adults (15 years and older): 1 packet or 2.0g, 3 times daily
• Under 15 and 7 years or older: 2/3 packet or 1.3g, 3 times daily
• Under 7 and 4 years or older: 1/2 packet or 1.0g, 3 times daily
• Under 4 and 2 years or older: 1/3 packet or 0.7g, 3 times daily
• Under 2 years: 1/4 packet or 0.5g, 3 times daily

【Ingredients and Amounts】（In 3 packets, 6.0g of this product）

Bupleurum Root 5.6g, Atractylodes Rhizome 2.4g, Poria Sclerotium 2.4g, Alisma Rhizome 4.0g, Jujube 2.4g, Glycyrrhiza 1.6g, Pinellia Tuber 4.0g, Polyporus Sclerotium 2.4g, Cinnamon Bark 1.6g, Scutellaria Root 2.4g, Ginseng 2.4g, Ginger 0.8g (Contains 4.8g of Saireito extract (4/5 dose))

Additives: Hydrous Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Corn Starch

【Precautions for Use】

Contraindications: Do not administer to infants under 3 months of age.

Consult a doctor before use: Persons receiving medical treatment, pregnant women or those thought to be pregnant, persons with a weak constitution, the elderly, persons who have experienced rashes, redness, or itching due to drugs, persons with swelling, or those diagnosed with hypertension, heart disease, or kidney disease.

Symptoms that may be side effects: Skin (rash, redness, itching), others (frequent urination, pain upon urination, hematuria, sensation of residual urine)

Serious side effects: Interstitial pneumonia, pseudoaldosteronism/myopathy, liver dysfunction
